Through our Ticket to Work Employment Network (EN), we serve Social Security disability beneficiaries nationwide as a proud member of the American Dream Employment Network (ADEN).
Purposeful People, Inc. also provides contracted employment services through Wyoming Vocational Rehabilitation for eligible individuals in our local service area.

EMPLOYMENT NETWORK
Purposeful People, Inc. is proud to be a member of the American Dream Employment Network (ADEN), providing nationwide employment services through Social Security's Ticket to Work Program.
If you receive SSI or SSDI and want to work, return to work, or increase your earnings, PPI can provide benefits counseling, career counseling, employment planning, job search assistance, and ongoing support as you work toward greater financial independence.
Ticket to Work services are provided at no cost to eligible participants.

PPI provides SSA benefits counseling and Work Incentive planning as part of our employment services. We'll help you understand how earnings may affect your benefits, identify Work Incentives that may apply, and plan each step as you work toward greater financial independence and choice.

JOB COACHING
Our goal is to help you succeed!
At PPI, job coaching starts before you get the job. We help you learn how to search for the right opportunities, complete applications, create a modern résumé, prepare for interviews, communicate with employers, and navigate the hiring process.
Once you're working, we provide support throughout the employment process, help you problem-solve when something comes up, and build the skills and confidence you need to succeed in the workplace.
We don't just help you get a job. We help you learn how to get—and keep—the next one, too.
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
Real-world experience before leaving school.
Community Connections helps students ages 14–21 build employment skills through hands-on, community-based experiences while coordinating with the student's school and employment goals.
Students have opportunities to explore work, practice workplace and social skills, build independence, learn about employer expectations, and gain experience in real community settings.
