FESTI EDWARDS
Festi is the founder of Purposeful People, Inc. and serves as co-owner with Amanda Long. She has 31 years of experience working with people with disabilities including a long tenure as a waiver case manager, experience with day services management, residential management, supported living, and community integration. She has additional experience in social work, military, and the energy industry. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education and an A.A. in Communications. Additionally, she holds a certificate as a Career Development Facilitator and is a current member of NCDA (National Career Development Association). She is ACRE certified through the University of North Texas (Association for Community Rehabilitation Educators). She is the past president of WY-APSE (State of Wyoming Association of Persons Supporting Employment First). She is also a host family.
Festi is resourceful, dynamic, and inspires others to do their best.
AMANDA LONG
Amanda Long has a B.A. in Psychology, an A.A. in Elementary Education, an A.A. in Addictionology, and an A.S. in Psychology. She has six years experience working with people with disabilities in various capacities including residential, supported living, community integration, and day services. Amanda is currently a host family and co-owner of Purposeful People, Inc. She received her WEST (Wyoming Employment Specialist Training) certificate in 2015, and has extensive experience in retail management, medical, restaurant, and hospitality industries. She is ACRE certificed through the University of North Texas, is a volunteer with Special Olympics, and a member of APSE (Association of Persons Supporting Employment). Amanda is optimistic, flexible, and creative.

KAYLA POST
Kayla Post is an employment specialist with over 20 years of experience in social work including working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnosis, and substance abuse. Kayla has a M.S. in Psychology, B.A in Human Services Management, A.A. in Human Resources, and an A.A. in Criminal Justice. Kayla is also an Army veteran with additional experience in juvenile probation. Kalya loves spending time with her family boating, gardening, and decorating for holidays. Kayla has completed WEST (Wyoming Employment Specialist Training) and received a certificate in September 2020. Kayla is also a member of APSE (Association of Persons Supporting Employment First). Kayla is creative and determined.
Kayla uses her optimism and insight to build in people’s strengths to help them believe in and achieve their own goals.
